The all-new AL3000 Covered Outside Lift allows users to easily transport their
scooters and power chairs while keeping them protected from the elements. The
plastic watertight cover keeps power chairs and scooters safe, while the spring-
assisted operation makes the cover a breeze to open and close. This new addition
to Harmar’s industry leading Outside Lift Systems features an integrated license
plate mount with an optional swing away available to access rear cargo space. The
AL3000 is light enough to be mounted on Class II hitches yet carries a hefty 350
pound lifting capacity. Like all Harmar products the AL3000 comes backed by
Harmar’s exclusive 3-Year Transferable Warranty.
